I will never get tired of the amazing views, from the main vantage points in Tropea and well worth visiting, for those who have not already done so,some of the best views are actually earlier in the year when there is no heat haze and you can see right out as far as all the islands and down towards Sicily.

That just makes my day
Im going over to Caulonia next week to furnish my appt. How far is Tropea from Caulonia. Can i get there by bus or by train

It is only about an hour and a half drive by car from Caulonia, although I have to say I would not recommend taking public transport to get there. If it is only for a day trip, traveling East to West can be a very time consuming affair dependent on the location and can involve several changes.
